renovated and bright 100-square-meter flat is located on the first floor of a 19th century building
with lift.
The interior layout includes 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 triple room with one double and 1
single bed, 1 twin room with two separate single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped
with a television. The eat-in kitchen is new and fully equipped with washing machine, oven
microwave.
There are two bathrooms with showers.
At the entrance there is a small living room with a sofa bed.

A cycling path nearby leads to the Ponte della Musica, the well-known Auditorium, and the Maxxi Museum.
